I think divorce papers were filed but I think they are considering it not yet divorced in regards to the divorce being finalized. I could be wrong. Its funny how this piece makes it seem one sided by saying she wants serious and they keep repeating he seems really into her. On the other hand this is gossip, so who knows just how serious or not so serious it is.

I'm glad you can feel me on this, LOL. I'm young and have never been in a position like this with a guy, but my mom always told me, "if they ain't divorced, they're married." Meaning, separated isn't good enough. Filing for papers isn't good enough. I know its Sean Penn (LOL), but that doesn't mean her heart won't be any less broken if she's invested feelings in him and he doesn't actually get divorced.
