I found a video on youtube of a black woman, detangling her biracial daughter's curly hair.

Interesting but not really informative. I don't think she's doing anything different than what most Black women would do regardless of the texture of their child's head.. But I can see how helpful it would be for WW with a biracial daughter.
So many times I've seen biracial daughters of WW walking around with their hair standing all over their head and I just want give a few free lessons...

I agree, this video would be good for white women or men for that matter with biracial kids. However, allthough very rare, there are some black women who don't know how to deal with biracial/curly hair. I worked at a daycare years ago and there were at least two black women I can remember with biracial daughters that didn't know how to detangle their daughters curly hair. But yeah, mostly the WW would either let their mixed daughters hair stand all over their heads or just plain ol wack it all off completely bald.lol

I have to admit it has been a learning process for me. I would say I'm good at braiding and doing cute styles for both of my girls but my problem is finding products that work well for my daughter's hair. Especially my older girl because her hair is so dry. I need good leave-ins and products that will help define her curls and allow them to dry without frizzing like crazy. Any suggestions?

Justme, I would recommend the Mixed Chicks line of products. They were designed for multiracial people but they're great for everyone. Here's their website:
http://www.mixedchicks.net/You can buy them online, but I found them at health food stores, beauty supply stores and some salons.
Hope this info helps.

Thanks thekid! I actually have them saved in my favorites but just haven't gotten around to trying out their line of products. I'll give them a try for sure.
