I saw (on Bravo TV) a recent Grace Jones performance. Lawd the girl is still crazay!!!! LMAO!! She was singing "Slave to the Rhythm". She still commands your attention.

I also saw her twin brother preach. He was visiting a church in Toronto. HE WAS AMAZING! He preached the Gospel without being preachy, didn't insult your intelligence--he used logic. He made it make sense.
Blessed
She is a diva in her own rights smile.gif

Grace Jones...that was one crazy and weird woman.

But I love that song "Slave to the Rhythm".

And who could forget the classic dance hit "Pull Up To My Bumper...Baby...And Drive it in Between..."

What I loved about her was her don't give a darn attitude about what people thought of her, including her IRRs.

Yes, she was unconventional, but I always admired her spunkiness. She exhibited those qualities in one of the James Bond movies, 'A View to a Kill.' I thought that movie was mediocre, but her participation was one of its stronger points. She looks great in that picture - very regal.
